Receptions at St. George's can be held in one of our six event rooms that can be reserved exclusively and tailored to accommodate any type of gathering, from an intimate dinner party for eight to an extravagant affair for up to 180 people.

Founders' Room
This elegantly appointed ballroom welcomes guests with its large wood-burning fireplace and ample natural light. This space combines traditional architectural elements with clean and contemporary decor and furnishings. Featuring its own bar and access to both the St. George's Room and Rotunda this room can easily accommodate a cocktail reception for up to 150 and a seated dinner for up to 120 guests.

St. George's Room
Dine and dance the night away in an atmosphere, which breathes sophistication and timeless elegance. This space is sure to impress your guests with its panoramic windows that span the room's entirety overlooking the 18th hole and Toronto cityscape. When booked in combination with the Founders' Room this 3050 square foot space can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 180 guests.

Board Room
Impress colleagues and clients alike by hosting your next meeting in our upper level Boardroom complete with overstuffed chairs, fireplace, internet access, AV presentation capabilities and conference calling system. Take the meeting out of the office and surround your group with comfort, amenities and professional service.

Stanley Thompson Room
Dedicated to the architect of our championship golf course, the Stanley Thompson Room features traditional decor, impressive moulding and detailed woodwork. This space also features a large stone encased fireplace and ample natural light which fills the room from its many windows. This space can be utilised for social functions, corporate meetings, memorials and intimate dinner parties from 15 to 60 people.

Royal York Room
The ultimate in casual dining experiences, the Royal York Room features overstuffed leather high-backed chairs, large screen televisions and a 20-foot granite top bar, making it the perfect spot for unwinding after a round of golf or lounging with friends. Often used for Club events and tournament cocktail receptions as well as holiday parties during the winter months, it serves as a central meeting place for the membership year-round.

Dragon Lounge
Warm and inviting, the Dragon Lounge most often serves as home to the Club's active curling membership. This 2,400 square foot space features floor to ceiling windows, which look onto the curling rink, and boasts a central dance floor, large bar and fireplace, which can accommodate a seated dinner function of up to 150 people.

The Upper Verandah
During golf season, the Upper Verandah is always a buzz with members watching play on the 18th green, taking in the Toronto cityscape or enjoying food, drink and good company under its canopy, equipped with large fans, heaters and lighting to take you well into the night regardless of weather. This member's only area is ideal for cocktails, casual lunches, barbeque dinners and enjoying summer in the city in style and comfort.
